I not like to work in bulbul.work culture was not good.company policy is not good there was no job secure.

...was not transparent. Company policies are not good.no appraisal in of the years. They not give good salary or bonus.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year I love to work with bulbul

Salary is good but career gwoth is very slow nd i worked with 1.5 year.

It is a bad place to work in. The management is so confused about what they need from their employees. Zero job satisfaction and hideous environment to work in. The superiors even pass derogatory remarks on you if they have some personal issues with you. They don’t need anchors/employees they need servants.

Only one thing. They used to give salaries on time.

Pathetic organization with unbearable mental pressure. Also, the HR part is horrible. We didn't even get our appointment letter. Also, we used to work at least 2 hours extra everyday. So the work hours comes to around 11 hours a day. And even if we work late hours, we never got office cabs or drops.
