The managers are very supportive in terms of office timings, work. Every employee in that company works very hard, beyond the the working hours. I left BuildSupply due to Covid as the company needs to cut down their expense.

Dislikes

The only thing is that the procedure or formalities take too much time to complete.

This is not the company this is joke. They are hire people and after 3-4 months founder drop a mail that they are unable to raise the finds and will close the company. Then why are you hiring people in first place. Big nooooo

I hardly can come up with anything except some good colleagues who can make you smile when you are stressed out, but good people won’t stay in a toxic environment for too long! Which happened here.

Dislikes

Initially you will love the work as they are working with advanced technologies but then gradually you will fall in office politics and monotonous works. You will see people who are great in telling lies and talking two things at different times which have no links. They will pretend as they are the best people and understand your problems but that’s not the case. The HR people never does anything on time, they make false promises and are great in forgetting and keeping no values of the words they speak. Hard times showed their real faces. Even the Ceo tells something and his works reveals something. There are hardly any match when it comes to his words and work. Don’t be happy with the design and beauty of the workplace, the real beauty lies within the team and its bonding with the upper body, which you can never expect from BuildSupply. They expect you to work 10-16 hours a day + weekends with no extra benifits and still they will tell you indirectly you are worthy of nothing the next day. Whosoever is reading, please make a wise decision as there are tons of better opportunities out there. Research and choose . Company is good is the building blocks of the company are good, if the people are good and if the company works for the betterment of employees. Here, Buildsupply works for their own profit only. All they need is money by hook and crook and may be thats why, neither any employee receives anything in Diwali, Christmas etc. nor there are any hangouts ( like :: educational tours / hangouts / meetings / visits ).
