There was nothing to like about this firm.

This firm is worst. They do not pay their employees their full and final salary. I worked for this firm for 14 months and was owed a significant amount of money when I left. I have been trying to get my money from them for over 3 months now, but they have refused to pay me. I have sent them numerous emails and made countless phone calls, but they always give me the runaround especially Mr. Armayesh Buhariwala. They simply ignore me altogether. They dont do permanent immediately after probation. Seniors are dominating. In Reimbursement also there is maximum cut out at the end money goes from employees pocket and management is zero. I advise anyone considering working for this firm to stay far away. They are a disgrace to the business community.

Salary not paid in time even after you leave the firm. After so many calls and emails to Mr. Armayesh Buhariwala is not up to the mark for responding to their respective employee and still not clear my full and final amount.

Buahariwala Logistics company is one of the to logistics company in field of Exhibition , Custom Handling , import / export and packing industry. It concerned with job security because while most of company terminate their employee in amid of COVID- 19 my company didn't and paid us full salary also. Work culture is very good as I work as Executive marketing there is no day wise target to complete and for beginner there is team who always available to help to achieve goal. Regarding policy I must say that every company has their own policy which is differs in many ways.

Well , I don't think so because everyone has different views in a matter and different ways to handle. But some times it usually happening is that we make the certain rules , if mistakes done by someone else we remember that rule but when mistakes is done by self then that rule didn't applicable.
