The most un organised organisation i have ever seen don't even have ESI , PF, and not even medical plan like heath card for employes.No security for your job .you can be fired on the next day of your joining day. they don't have office in any state but their operations are in all states.No learning no innovations no career growth.you get insulted every alternate day

Self learning environment because nobody is qualified to train

All main founders have fought among each other regarding $$$ and exited Truly a political progression workplace, lot of favouritism No real structure with regard to processes within the company Stealing sales credit from employees Lot of fraud has been done with client funds which is sad because they raise funds under the guise of social cause There was a team manager who was management's rising star. He borrowed approx 1L from employees, randomly had an abusive mental breakdown in office and was fired the next day, never to be seen again Never left office on time

Post exit from the cofounding team, the organization's future is quite questionable. The current management lacks not only the competency to lead, but also the basic understanding of the working dynamic of their own employees. The company has faced two distinct and hefty rounds of layoffs attributed to the lack of planning and management.

The conpany is open to innovation and readly adopta latest technology and and give great apportunity for poor students.i love the fact that i was a part of the team or operation i geat, i get travel at many places especially rajasthan, haryana .Another plus point is that my colleagues com from various custural backgroun, and we work happily in collaboration, I also like the employee rehire policy here, overall i am happy to work in this company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is alow, the work pressure is very high, sometimes, I was to work 14to 18 hour straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strengts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time.which is a pain sometimes
