First of all it is founded by retired West Indian cricketer Samuel badree while playing in the IPL. There is an Korean investors who mostly gets consultancy work for the company. Whereas, the day to days of the company is functioned by Indians and they are mostly into liasoning work and hire people temporary and expect them to do all the work from top to bottom by themselves within a very short timeframe otherwise the lisoners a so called superior will tell to leave the company any day.
