Its not just about the choosing the job, its a good career for all of them, i feel lucky to be a part of buddi health . the tl and manager here are very friendly ... no workload , we can easily achieve the target without fail, here am getting good salary and incentives when compared to my previous company, its a talent seeking company if are showing ur capability company will find you move u to higher levels.... when compared to other companies i have seen work from home policies in this company only , they are believing their own employees.... IT is working on sat and sunday so no need to bother about technical issues...... the company with full of safety, security, and full of benefits, career growth, gaining knowledge.......

To be honest nothing as of now. Poor management and CEO alongside an irresponsible HR team.

...thing about this company. Which spoiled my career and mental health to the core. Salary issues, poor CEO who never takes any responsibility. Lack of information sharing.

Ths s worst company guys don't join ths company ,my salary of May month they suppose to pay 15000 as per payslip but I got only 13000,if I ask company they r telling previous April month u get extra payout like rubbish answer. lies on deduction.

Worst HR policies and time waste.. Culture is not good. Salaries issues. Not receive salary raise on time. Work life balance

Working on latest technologies. Good for fresher employees, learning opportunity is there.

... You can clearly see pay disparity. They prefer people working in office always. Salary payment is sometimes delayed, it is also deducted without notice. Leave policy is very bad, only 2 leave allowed in a month. In case of emergency also, they wont give paid leave and your salary will be deducted (very common). Variable pay is usually delayed and dont expect 100% when disbursed. Management is not open any suggestion and usually doesnt care about employee well being.

Work quality is good. New ideas are always encouraged. Company believes in upskilling of its employees. Work life balance is good

Dislikes

Pay is less. Health insurance is not good. They don't have funding/ less funding. Austerity measures are applied everywhere. Notice period is of 90 days. It is a better version of TCS/other services company where work quality is good . Also, I don't think they can scale beyond Tamilnadu . They are probably happy being confined within Tamilnadu.
