The work we are doing are 2 levels above our designation and the experience letter is not showing any such wording.

Work is challenging and needs learning, good for growth. Management values staff who positively contribute.

Employee turnover is high. Lot of staff move to Big 4 getting experience from here. Senior staff have to train juniors.

This used to be great company when I joined, good culture, supportive management , everthing expected of a modern day Company Covid changed every thing, we saw the ugly face of the management and how selfish they are. They started laying off employees in the first lock down itself, when the govt announced no layoff in all sectors are allowed. As soon as Covid spread they just went crazy fired people at short notice, cut salaries, have to buy laptops extra monitor out of pocket otherwise no job, no work life balance 6 days a week, you have to work around 9_10 hrs a day to reach target then also they cut the hours charged without proper explanation just so that we dont reach the target hours. Also target hours and the slab for payout is mentioned only at the end of the month, so emoloyees have no idea what target to acheive to satisfy certain payout slab. All of this is understood if they are facing significient decline in work or revenue, well thats not the case, their work is seasonal and Covid happend in the peak season and since their primary revenue is from auditing which didnt saw a major decline, in fact there were many new clients during this season, usually the season ends in june but this year its still continuing that they cut the 2 extra day week off policy they have during off season to accomodate the extra work. All I can see is greed. This Company is praying that the Covid never ends.

The company have good client base and talented employees had a good reputation too, but throw it away with poor management and greed.
