In my starting phase the company was the best in Pune. Renowned developer in Pune. I worked with them for like 7 years. So much learnt from Kulkarni sir, Hubalikar Sir. Best people in the company. The other staff was also helpful.

Salaries not paid on time. I didn't get my 3 months salary since last 4 years.

...ement!! There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is pending since 5 months. When you ask about your salary to credit the management simply ignores and says they don't know when salary will be credited. Management doesn't know anything but they just know to torture employee and they disrespect you at worst possible. New ideas aren't appreciated. Worst work culture ever. Don't fall prey to this company.

All is good, 8 months salaries are not given by company. I working there 4 years. If you asked for salaries then they are making you a football.and kick you from here to there.

8 months Salaries is not given to employees. All employees are leaving company because of this.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. I have achieved one of the big milestone in company. Directors also appreciate my hard work.

Dislikes

The work pressure is always very high. It's okay, but the discissions are very slow by management. The managers of high level are just high in age, never appreciate the suggestions by others.
