Everything is good including these 1) salary on timely basis. 2) office staffs are supportive 3) good co-ordinate with superior & subordinate 4) Nice support from HR team and Mohan sir always help us alot and motivate us. 5). I am feeling fortunate to working with BTW family .

There is lot of politics the hr are useless they dont give salary on time and will make u do extra hours daily

Job security is terrible. Work culture is good enough. During covid 19 lockdown company force to employees for work on 50% salary or they want your resignation. Very bad job security.

Working at this company has been a great experience. Everyone here is kind, supportive, and has a positive attitude, which makes it a nice place to work. I feel lucky to work with people like Datta Sir, who is an excellent mentor and has guided me a lot also helped with my character development, which I truly value. I don’t know much about appraisals, but I can say this is the best company to start your career. I am really happy to be a part of this company.

Personal egos can get in the way of teamwork, causing problems. I think there needs to be someone more knowledgeable and strict to oversee operations and recognize who is putting in the most effort. This person should be able to notice who has true potential and who is more capable, ensuring that the right people are recognized for their contributions. This person could help make sure everyone’s hard work is noticed. I also wish there was more recognition for individual efforts.

Working at BTW visa services Pvt ltd has been a great experience . In just 3 weeks i have learned lot of things like how to handle clients, follow ups, and sending mails to our existing clients by asking any upcoming future traveling trips and all. The team is very supportive and i am learning a lot of things every day. This internship is helping me grow and improve my skills
