more than CHARITABLE TRUST less than SKILL DEVELOPMENT, JOB SECURITY, CAREER GROWTH, SALARY APPRAISALS, Its better to choose other COMPANY, as COMPANY should not provide SALARY for EMPLOYEES at regular Intervals. Because EVEN THE COMPANY HAS NO INCOME TO PROVIDE SALARIES FOR EMPLOYEES, Better to choose other Company, Simply SKIP THIS COMPANY . I THINK COMPANY ALSO CLOSED PERMANENTLY FROM MARCH-2018. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
