...mbers. I have never seen any company continuing probationary for more than 2yrs. The basic statutory bonus will not be given to probationary employees. For this betting business of company, public or govt. will not support strongly in open manner. But 1 good thing is there is no competition in this type in whole Bangalore city. Some people like this horse sports race. Nice to see in tracks. So many families are depended on this business directly/indirectly. In my overall experience I have served 4+ and given food for my family for that time. Now my age is 43+, I need to saturate . I feel this company better than others in workwise-environmentwise-transportationwise. Hoping rest of my life future to be better than past life!!!

No, I like to work expecting some good administrative people coming in future understanding & identifying in genuine manner. By this hoping better future for rest of my life with family compared to past life. So many things can be solved in practical keeping in front instead of keeping behind assuming nonsense things & taking suggestions of people who are any way connected to that profession. GOD MUNESHWARA BLESS ALL TO HAVE BRIGHT BTC FUTURE IN TURN TO THEIR EMPLOYEES.

The btc is better place to work but it contains some departments except veterinary all other departments superb when i am working in veterinary department people's are worst they don't have common sense and in that department cheif is senthil Kumar he is the man worst person in the veterinary the person seems like good person from outside but he acting like worst person and tolerating others doctor and office boys in that department contains lot of groupism i am totally not satisfied with that department that bloody senthil acting like slum person.

Baud Telecom company is a good company i have learn so much thing's with my teammates ,my colleague came from various countries and various cultural background and work happily in company,I love baud Telecom company work environment,and with in time salary,in company i have three year's experience and good staff and good management of baud Telecom company,i also like the employee re-hire policy here
