...etty good and yes it a MNC unlisted company and yes you have job security in BT.( and you get your salary in due date)

The cons: While BT has transferred all thier employees to WFH, its has went to torture from home (where authority says that it is an employee-centric company I believe) You wont get pecuniary reimbursement in full(as I haven't got 800 rupees which has went to bad debt) Now it is converting to a target based job, your manager will surely chastize you if you dont meet targets. (now the term "employee-centric" is slowly fading where I am working) You don't get leaves in your required date (not even an exigency or a sick leave as the company's target or obligations to meet is more imp. than an employee's life) APR comes once and the growth rate is too slow as well as the annual package ithey will offer is what you can earn by sitting idle in your home. There are some overwhelmed gallant supervisors (who shows more much than they what actually do) for whom you may get a warning letter if multiple feedbacks comes on you (and finally the employee-centric word is gone) and you may lose your job (which I think it is an intention of BT)

Good work life balance. You are allowed to manage your work. Salary comes well before month end. Regular feedback and appreciations.

Dislikes

Even offices in India are completely driven by people sitting in UK. Lack of learning core finance and commercial skills. Too much time being wasted on ongoing basis on organisational restructuring than adding some value to the business.

...ully influenced and thinks the they own the companies. Doing whatever they want. Full favoritism, growth only to buttering people, no growth for others, low or no hike. Management useless. Avoid such company.

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect. The one who hired you hasn't even asked for feedback until now. "Every company asks for feedback every three months; I'm sharing what I know from my experience."
