I like Team that I work closely with.My reportees. Very hard-working young people. We work in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Lack of healthy competition. Senior Management tends to get quite personal and often uses the rating system as a means of extracting work, which can be done professionally. Else gets demotivating.Require flexible work timings for senior roles such as Team Managers and above.

All over good work culture However it still depends on team to team.

Nothing specific however for a new hire who joins BT in Jan and after, he/she is not eligible for appraisal and bonus for current year which is given in June. If he joins before 1st Jan for ex. 31st dec, he becomes eligible for bonus and appraisal both.

Benefits of leave policy (Approx paid 42 days for AL and SL in a year) and salary is amazing as per the city standard. 40 hours work week and 2 days off

Promotion in Consumer LOB is next to impossible unless you are in your Manager's good book.

Can't say any bad when it comes to overall experience and work life balance..if you need peace and work life balance then BT is the best but in terms of pay this falls into a mud range co.. And there is not much pay benifit as compare to other co.

Work life balance is good. The company provides good amount of leaves where we can manage our work as well as our personal life.

Dislikes

The only thing is that very less salary no hike if you join BT as experienced also, there is discrimination amongst the employees who work their. This feedback must be taken into consideration. Overall, good company to work with
