Work life balance is great. Not much work pressure in my department. Training was good at my time and now has declined.fixed shifts. Both side cab facility. Great infrastructure.

Salary. Very few growth opportunities not much learning in terms of work.

Work life balance is good. The company provides good amount of leaves where we can manage our work as well as our personal life.

The only thing is that very less salary no hike if you join BT as experienced also, there is discrimination amongst the employees who work their. This feedback must be taken into consideration. Overall, good company to work with

Work culture inside the floor is terrible. People shout at each other from across the floor. They need to learn a thing or two from Wipro on being employee centric.

...ot care about other person feelings.. I have to suffer alot during my training.. No salary, nothing, too much stress. No use to work. I quit my job within 2 months

Worst company... No salary, people are very judgemental.

Work environment is really good, very employee centric company. It's been 3 years for me and I still want to continue being here.

Salary compensation is very less as compared to other companies and learning is very limited.
