Nepotism, Preferential treatment in Internal Job Postings. Salary packages are way below market standards. The diwali gift that they give is having a budget of rs 500 per person. in 2018 that was also not given. Very dirty politics. Work Life balance is fine.

...elf certified with current apps and tools, gets dull in no time from noon-usage. Pathetic salary growth. Since last 10 years it's the same story every year -1st 3 Quarters Huge Profit and business topping the chart. Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.
