Good company to work with. Salary credit on 25 th of every month. Number of holidays provided is good. Professional work environment for both boys and girls.

Low salary hike. Very low learning of new tech.

...sociate BT didn't give me market correction to at least being me up to the mark. Again it's my personal experience I learnt coz I wanted to and bcz of very low pay I had to switch. Overall I believe it's a good company if your client and people around are supportive.

Internal promotion but not enough or market corrections a huge pay parity I witnessed.

Likes

Absolutely minimal salary. ( Below 6 lakhs even for experienced professionals). Yearly hikes and bonuses won't even fuel your car/motorcycle. Absolutely no career growth prospectives. No benefits and nothing to learn. Only benefit being that you have a good work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary is way, way below market standards. An experienced professional gets the salary of a fresher. Most importantly the management keeps changing every few months. Attrition is an all time high.

Behaviour of management is not good, UK management always have favour on UK peoples and not over indian employees. Discrepancy between UK and Indian employees by UK management. Company always think about UK peoples and not about Indian.
