They provide you false enviornment at the time of interview. Once you join, they throw you in the Ocean to swim on your own without lifelines. No On-Boarding procedure for the accounts that you are allocated. Zero support from managers. People are trying to pull you down if you are real good professional... LOT OF POLITICS and FAVOURISM. NO LEARNING except POLITICIZING ISSUES.

1. Management direction seems lacking with too frequent changes. 2. Easy-go attitude (though could be helpful for some)

Behaviour of management is not good, UK management always have favour on UK peoples and not over indian employees. Discrepancy between UK and Indian employees by UK management. Company always think about UK peoples and not about Indian.

Secure job and giving opportunities to others to grow. The organisation is trying to keep its employees happy.

...ct much better than others. I have got three promotions of which I have got 43%. But still the package is much lesser for my role as per industry standard

Good company to work with. Salary credit on 25 th of every month. Number of holidays provided is good. Professional work environment for both boys and girls.

Low salary hike. Very low learning of new tech.
