I have come a long way in my life by working here. I am working here for almost 3 years. In this company, I have everything that I need to have the skills and the ability to improve my life.

Because of some wrong officers, the mind gets tortured, due to which one gets upset and has to adopt some wrong path.

Except Bengaluru pls do not join in other state other wise u have to forget your family. In this company u will not get any leave Saturday Sunday all day u have to work.if any emergency came In your family and you ask leave for your manager then he will say take your bag and go home . No work timing and payment on time . Any thing happen in the field with you then company will not responsible.

So except Bengaluru if you r going to join bss in other state then pls do cross check with bss employee. Otherwise there notice period is also difficult. In the notice u have to move five branch. This is my opinion guys I am from bihar as a co I work a year

I like to work here because I work in the regional office, I like to say this and especially the HR MANAGER (Saurabh sir) and my reporter (Raghuvendra sir) are very nice people. listens and understands

There is no growth in just microfinance, there is no promotion, there is no growth in the post I work.

BSS microfinance it's a BC of kotak Mahindra Bank.

In this company ODU and ODU Support departments is there, i never ever seen that type of department and staffs in my life, the worst department in BSS microfinance is ODU team and the boss (COO) is the useless person in BSS, they didn't know about what happening in his department, and he knows only 3 persons in n his department and what they are says that's only correct, there actually working ppls are different and credit goes to other people. Just I want to say please don't join ODU team in BSS microfinance.
