Waiting period is so long that you will have to sit at home without income for almost a year or more than that 4. They treat their officers so rudely, no idea how they treat their ratings 5. Leave this company while you have time, else be ready to jeopardize your career 6. They don't sack incompetent and worthless people and for that reason they lose business, so brownie points for that
