In the field of marketing, they have nothing to do except mailing and gathering database nothing new to learn. Director of Marketing is very abusive always uses abusive language in office and he will like you only if you eat non-veg with him or else people out there like his secretary (who does nothing except watching videos on you-tube and tells everyone she does everything) and even HR will force you to have non-veg even if you are pure vegetarian. Also, if you are talking to people from other department like SCM, Quality or Operations they will get angry on you and shout on you even for helping them. There is literally ZERO to learn from this company. HR is almost about to retire has 20+ years of experience still she is biased and only listens to what Director is saying they claim they didn't remove anyone in COVID but they will legit torture you with all this other matters like not involving you in department meetings, will force to go against your religious beliefs and then ask you to resign. If Director is out of country as well for tour purpose while you message him He will just read your messages but won't reply to them and when he will come back he will tell HR directly that he is going to fire you without any prior discussion they threaten you each and every minute that they will fire you. Also, this is not a company its a school where HR is principal if you reach at 9.01 also they take is as a half day irrespective of the reason how much ever personal it maybe. Recommendation - If you get a call from this company regarding job ignore that call.

Only if you want learn accounting from basic so could join here & In covid-19 period they had not fired to anyone ....Not so many things to learn here even you lost what you had learnt through your previous experience

Management is so pathetic they refuses to apply new work techniques & concept because HOD and manager manipulates all things in own way. They doesn't existence of any body & they uses very bad languages with our colleagues abuse languages
