...balance unnecessary you need to stretch your working hours to please management Salary and Benefits - you wont get as per the standards they always negotiate with you Job Security - they need immediate results wont allow to settle No Skill development opportunity No matter what you do they wont be satisfied with the work

If you are looking out to start or resume your career while keeping work-life balance, then this would be a good option. It is a good start for freshers and those who are new to corporate world. A person who joins here would be able to cope up the speed with ease and build self-confidence.

Dislikes

Having an experience at this place adds a bonus to your resume. But at the same time, there is no specific growth in terms of skills, money or position. Mostly recommended for a year experience itself.

...month as a TL and said it will be on paper after 1 year. But nothing happened. * Will take you on 3rd party pay roll and will say the will take you on payroll after 1 year. But they wont. No Perks on 3rd Party payroll. * Only 2% Appraisal they will offer after 1 year. Will never suggest anyone to join the company.
