Working environment is great and stressfree. Job is secured unless you messedup bad things. Low level management is very supportive.

Dislikes

All you need to do is work hard but don't expect salary and increments. When management have money in their pocket they will clear dues but 2 or 3 months salary is on pending at any point. Sometimes You may not get credited for consecutive 90 days. Career growth mainly depends on caste.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike end bonus every year.

Salary doesn't credit in time. You may get in a month or 6mknths or in an year. It depends on company Annual growth rate. Food at few sites will not be good. You cannot balance your personal life and work. Working hours depends on project you get. It may be like 10 or 12 or 14 hours
