They will hire

Don't join in this company as a fresher they will hire for freshers who have gap but with in one month they will give PIP notice in PIP notice they will mention 25 days but they will not give chance for 25 days simply they will block the teams login and they will not pay salary, they will not give a chance to prove ourself. They will hire and fire, why this people are doing like this, after that if we will call to any one means they will say connect to HR, HR will not give response to our calls.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
