The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products. And I love that point that my colleagues are different cultures background. And we work collaboration in happily. I also love rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent and growth is slow. The work pressure is so high. Sometimes I have work 16 to 20 hours straight in a day's late into the night. Managers do not value an unique strength. Which is painful sometimes.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...e and regulations.. no any guideline and format from top managent as company . Salary is not every months its once in after 3-4 months. No increment every years ,its nominal Once in 2-3 years gap. BSC-C&C JV is a joint venture between 2 companies., one company is already bankrupts and other is also on the same way. The company has taken a lot ( almost project value) advance money of related department, but not complete any project more then 50 %-60%. Some project are pending last 8 to 10 years and awaiting for completion. I was left this company a year ago , but till not able to pay my dues . The age and nature of these type of companies 20 to 25 year , which between in this period become insolvent After consumed 5000 - 7000 of the government and after that declared bankrupt the company .

No work pressure in this company, Good Communication Between Other Employees, and Other Departments. I like about the company the most is the better management, and Healthy & Friendly employee relation between higher with lower management.

I dont't think there in any dislike about this company, I think my self as a part of this company though there are some one ups and downs in every company..
