There is nothing to like about working here from the water problem in the washrooms to salary and management dictatorship company of 4 mix breed The HR department is the puppet of management The manager yosh ( son of the owner ) don't know anything about the engineering and he have degree from US masters degree

Dislikes

No job security they can fire u at any time if u talk to management harsh then they can fire u if u will disagree with the policies they will fire at immediate effect, if u have no option to work in the whole world then u can come here that's it

Nothing to like as they run the company as a dictator. They continuously recruit new candidates but never give apprisal to currently working engineer or senior.

Dislikes

...ny is not listed. They always keep in there sell company which is only on paper. While joining they took blank signed check as a contract, and whenever you want to leave you need to pay the three months salary amount to them

Nothing to like.. If anyone wants to work on night shift then it only thing you will like.

Management and their policies... No Salary hike after getting promotion to senior position. You can't take leave if any public holiday are there then you can't take leave before 1 day and after 1 day of public holiday. If you take management will cut your two days salary for this . Management have rights to terminate you any time without notice. In R&D team they just do copy and paste from other resources for proposal work.

Salary on time, but no pf, no gratuity, no mediclam. They are taking online interview test with simple turning or milling part, so candidate got selected but when you start work you will see how tough work and Unnecessary work u have to do there is no standard tool there u have to modified existing tool. main company is becon in USA, all people over there are idiot they don't even knw basic of Engineering. Bryka only required turning programmer no milling if they selected as a milling programmer u have to work for turning only, no buddy will tech you or give training.. On first day they will give u work order, u have to give dates for it. U will feel like helpless, demotivate, desperation.

The worst part is.. Management people of 4. Father, Mother, son and daughter. Son and daughter are below 30 year they just there for torture you. Want update everyday. And father shout everyday so badly feel like u are a garbage u are slave, they don't have any idea of engineering every product is delayed all depends for programming all work load will on your shoulders. Even u start a new work which required atleast 15 days. But they expect u in 2 days if u say no or say anything same day you fired. There is no saturday sunday work load and pressure u have to work by yourself to reach target. If u are not able to delivered your work at time "SALARY WILL REDUCE TO YOU LAST ORGANIZATION" Or they say doors are open for you leave. they don't have any standard they hiring 12pass candidate to m.tech mechanical for same post. So I am requesting you all please don't join Bryka the worst decision u will feel after join. Many more things to say but it's enough to knw the company.

Great place to work company supported during COVID-19 time. Received full salary 2 years work from home on essential space and defense project which was really great by management to support us and allow us to work and see our safety first. Small business unit with fix shift hours of work. Working 5 days a week in night shift and day shift 5.5 days environment Received multiple training from India and US team learning Aerospace project with such high skill India and US engineer was great exposure. Very friendly and good team mates for any help.
