i have 6.5 years experience in Bry Air group but salary not good as per my experience & also same post working with as a service engineer. not promotions as per my good knoweledge & service experience. After doing all the work I have not got the salary of may and june. My experience is with bry air is very bad in the corona times. Dont expect to get good salary after working hard in this company, Job security is terrible, work culture is poor.

This company is too good for freshers. This organization has new technologies & working schedule that freshers can easily understand and can grow their carrier.

...t all private sectors, employees are forced to work more than 8.5 hours.(8:30) and company pay the salary only for their fix amount. that's why most of people run after governments jobs because there has a fix time schedule, good income & good job security. Dear ma'am/sir, All private sectors employees situation are not good. they have to do extra work in fix income. They have no time to spend with their families. So pls stop this type of work.
