Company Growth is very good & we like famiiar group with bry air group. i think plant team is very helpful.

i have 6.5 years experience in Bry Air group but salary not good as per my experience & also same post working with as a service engineer. not promotions as per my good knoweledge & service experience. The company is good for leaning, skill development but not for future opportunity, salary, appraisl etc.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Working pressure is very high. They are not believe in team work is thing.

You get salary on time. Appraisal and promotion are very far. Timings are good and flexible.

Dislikes

No good increament, delayed increament. Good face good increament. Buttering policy. Teammates not much supportive. No training for skil improvement, No outings, no gym, no playing facility. Canteen also not available need to arrange food it self. No travel facility and many more.

After doing all the work I have not got the salary of may and june. My experience is with bry air is very bad in the corona times. Dont expect to get good salary after working hard in this company, Job security is terrible, work culture is poor.
