Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

HR team and higher officials are really helpful.

Dislikes

There is no concept of training itself as i have been to the operations team. There is no discipline with some of the managers, this is what i have noticed throughout my work experience. They themselves have not seem to be honest in any kind of official reporting. People who are really willing to work and learn different skills cannot find this company as the right platform.
