No planning and technical training program. No forecasting of upcoming work package. Always managing type of attitude and emergency mode of work culture. No core technical development in Indian brose unit. For simple work, too much managerial and process related complexity.

- Colleagues are friendly and help each other whenever needed. - Work culture is good, if not the best.

Dislikes

-Most of the decision making is done by the German Counterparts, making the Indian colleagues rely completely on them. - Most of the German And Indian colleagues avoid taking risky decisions and push the basic decision making to higher management, making the overall decision making very very slow. - Project management techniques used here are not up to the mark.
