Not suitable and inexperienced middle management peoples are in place to handle the site and team.Always speaking more like a consultant but there is no real output from them. To safe gaurd their jobs Scolding the team members without any reasons in public forum and forced them to. Leave the job..This type of attitude will spoil the company name in India. NOT REQUIRED ANY OUTSIDE PEOPLE TO DESTROY THE BROOKFIELD NAME IN INDIA, THESE PEOPLES ARE MORE THAN ENOUGH TO CLOSE THE COMPANY.

1. HR Managers would give big talks about the great culture, when in reality it is really toxic. 2. Upper management strategically removed all old and fine working employees, just to bring in inefficient friends/acquaintances from previous organizations. Nepotism 100! 3. Upper management would scold and cross line in open forums/calls on site employees, to cover up their own mistakes. 4. Technically incompetent managers. Hence, no future if you want to pursue technical career, as no one to look up to.
