I Like how the MD and other managers supports their juniors, not only in their jobs but they also insure your job security. And they always make sure to utilize your talent now matter how much time it takes you to get mixed with the work culture...

HR staff is also helping.. but they are over powered sometimes.. They change their policies overnight and you have no choice of relying on their decesions about your promotion and sallary hikes.. sometimes it looks like a LALA Company where every old creatures is trying to dominate new comers.

It’s not even Australia based they don’t even have an office in Australia. There’s zero job security and no learning. There’s no metro connectivity, no cafeteria, no sick leaves system nothing. Timings are very strict and you only get like 16 leaves a year. The so called CEO is having zero knowledge about what’s happening. The company’s products, websites and even services are old class and not worth it at all. Sadly it is the truth and not something out of frustration. Go for this firm only if you have no other option.

Only Job security, company has laid back behaviour hence very slow movement of everything.

No timely appraisals, No appreciation of work, Lala Type Company, Approvals for every step that is needed, that too not timely provided, hence work gets impacted.
