...most of the work and ask. People are forced to come to office despite no values. Instead of focusing on bringing more wealth and growth, the company's core focus is cost-cutting and micro-managing each individual. You won't know that a new silent rule will be thrown and employees will be monitored. Culture is more like you're in a school and the headmaster is running the school and the teacher has to follow the instructions or else throw them out.

Work culture, career management, facilities are good. Salaries increments are in correct time. Good for the people who are willing to work on a product based company. Let's of learning you can get.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

Skill development trainings and learnings are available, to enhance and develop our skills in weak areas. Coming to work life balance, sometimes we need to stretch ourselves to complete our deliverables on daily basis. I am very much satisfied with my work.
