We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Dislikes

Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

...ams with mostly telegu people. HRs are worthless and do not listen to employees. They want to get rid of most employees and filling up the space with interns with very less salary. Hence, they are distributing the remaining budget by giving each others hefty hikes and promotion. One of worst companies in Bangalore. Not at all employee friendly. Some managers threaten their employees to resign saying they won't give them good feedback so that no other company will hire them. They harassed me so much that I was forced to resign. Poor employees like can do no action against such people except for writing reviews anonymously.

Perfect Job security & Work life balance. If you are align with Manager's Intention then you will have Fast Growth. Grade level Benefits. Team Outings. Less Onsite Opportunities. Great place to work.

Variable Pay swallow half of the motivation. Hard to get Work from home. Be aware of corporate politics.

Initially, work-life balance was worst. But, post 2 years, it has improved. Salary is par with market standards. Job security as of now is good. Work satisfaction since the beginning is great. Company culture is usual like others. If you notice good, it's good. If you notice bad, it's bad.

Promotions take a long time even if your performance is excellent

Lay off and work pressure they expect you to work like 10 years of experience person. Senior Will give them to you they don't understand Even you are having the more tasks daily. DFL is internal politics I don't recommend you to work
