...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

...eam Lead as well as Team mates are very supportive and encouraging towards me. Compensation and benefits are good. Skill development trainings and learnings are available, to enhance and develop our skills in weak areas. Coming to work life balance, sometimes we need to stretch ourselves to complete our deliverables on daily basis. I am very much satisfied with my work. Nothing much, just colleagues of your same level

Dislikes

... the lowest I have ever seen, I got 800/- per month for working till 3:00 am 3. They cut pay for working from home and made work overtime 2 hours at least everyday. 4. HR are the last person you should look for, it's 1 year 4 months and I didn't get my offer letter and sent too many mail didn't even get 1 reply atleast. 5. You have to wear formals even that's not in company policy. and finally I regret of working in there
