Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... management was so nice with all staff, so teammates bonding was also excellent.Salary structure also high compare to other CBSE School.Work environment was so good. Completely it is a institution where one can achieve their goals very easily.

Management is committed to quality education and every student's around development.

Dislikes

They believe on the false information.The management doesn't like it's reality.Honest and hardworking are disregard due to some selfish old employees.

This is a very good school of 40 years old. Mr Prabhudayal ji owner of Transport Corporation of India has started it. This institute has spread the light of Knowledge at a time when there was no English Medium school from Churu to Jaipur.

Dislikes

As I have worked nearly 10 years here. I never found any drawback of the institute.
