The environment is friendly, i.e. different departments interact in a friendly way. Few colleagues are helpful and protective.

...ng given to anyone. QC lab is just for namesake. No value for that department. Increment is 8% hike on the basic salary no matter how much ever u work, so after completing one year v will get just 800 to 900/-. As there is no encouragement from managers, salary is not increased from management. Overall this company is not good for girls specially in QC department. Tat too from past one and a half year. HR gives the worst response when employees enquire anything, tat too without respect.

I worked in British biologicals one year and really shameless they are.... After left HR will not pick my call and they are not given my one month salary and not settle my FNF... Chor ha ye

Good colleagues and in some cases Management is some what ok. Salary is pathetic

No Gurantee of job in this, though few of the staff are working for a long but for meager salary. Without any mistake, I was asked to resign and go and did not pay my pending salary either.

Company gives good package to the head of the department. Package includes four wheeler and accommodation as well.

Company's culture is having very weak understanding between employees and the management. There is no job security and work life balance. Company also not offers good learning. Management doesn't address employees issues. Salary is ok along with other benefits but lots of challenges are there for career growth and executing any assignment due to politics and fear in the mind of employees from the management. There is no job training for new joiners and too much responsibilities. Employees have to do everything on their own to complete any assignments without the help of support teams. Employees are not having ideal support and motivation from the management and department people due to politics and fear.
