Salary structures are not defined with grade and position lot of gaps in defining salary structure. Need to improve. No tax saving schemes for employees .

There is very good for beginners. A lot of skills for learning in c.p. units.

Dislikes

There is 12 hrs shift,no time for family. While the salary is least in comparison of job responsibilities. No personal and social life is there. There is no security of job. No medical and physical check up is their while documentation is always okk.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive but the management isn't. The give good salary but not on time.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. No salary on time and also career growth is slow. No job security is there.

Zero Work Life Balance Extreme Pressure without Logic No one will hear you Top Management only put pressure, there is no solution of any problem The only thing is Do Do Do silently, Don't say single word

Transparency issue, Even after clearing the leap here, promotions don't happen. The conversion rate is very poor. One way communication here . All are Boss , not leader.
