My experience was not as expected, a stagnant career, no scope of growth. Appraisals are not based on performances and are not satisfactory. Work environment is not friendly as there are many rules barged on employees. Learning prospects are depending on the colleagues and teammates which is rather not much helpful. Trainings are not conducted as and when required. Overall experience was definitely not good as it's difficult to even fill one criteria about what did we like about the company.
