Nothing, this a totally unprofessional and a hire to fire company

Dislikes

...tatements, doesn't even know how to talk like a professional and a mature adult. They will illegally deduct leaves from your F &F and won't pay out the accumulated earned leaves. Won't even share the experience letter. This is a totaaly mismanaged and shitshow of a company better to avoid. During onborading of new joinees hr insists to write postive review for the company on websites even though they have barely started and don't have any idea about the company. So take the postive reviews with a huge bucket of salt.

It used to be great place to work till dec 2022. Remote work.

Dislikes

No work life balance No one care about your hard work and dedication. Don't expect hike. Layoffs are common- quarterly basis. Buzz words are used to create hype-AI/ML. Employee gets laid off without any prior notice.
