If u done your Commitment (Not Target) U R Good Employee. If not U r Incapable and Lot of Meetings for U. Irrelevant Talks on U. In Meetings u will be Grilled 2 to 3 Hours in Your presentation. Always tell to leave the company if u not done your budget. How many years u do commitment doesn't matter. Present situation only Matters.

New ideas or suggestion always welcomed by management. management's focus is to bring in as much latest tool and integration with upcoming technology.
