...iquor stocks. Work hours are terrible. You need to work for atleast 12 hours. Overtime payments are paid after 2 months which will be miniscule. You don't get weekly offs. Sometimes you are made to work for 10 days at a strech. Your health, work-life balance will go for a toss. I myself have seen many people quitting the job within a day! This job is for those who have no life & no other job opportunity. This is basically a collie/ mazdoor kind of work.

No HR policy 12+ working hours No OT pay. Work like a mazdoor.

Good work environment and Friendly culture, higher management and seniors of company were sitting from last 15 years to make their own kingdom in company.

Cut down salary to 65%, laid off staff during Covid crises of 7-8 yr experience. No extra perks - Food, transportation

This company values employees’ growth and development. The company organizes training regularly to help its workers become better at their job. It’s been an exciting experience working here, I am so excited.

To be honest, there isn’t I don’t like about where I work, what I do love about it however is the responsibility, the autonomy, and the trust all C-level Executives have in all the employees in our company. It creates the kind of environment that everyone enjoys coming to work for, and feel competent and trusted enough to do their best, as such, they often outperform what’s expected of them.

In terms of working you would be learning lots about spirits and wines. The only matter offact is the work culture in which every organization faces. But apart from that the company is really good

The work culture and the higher officials. They take too mich off advantage to the employees and due to that reason the new joinees who are coming are not stabilizing. They immediately leave their jobs.

This is a family run business. The owners are always doubtful about the intent of the employees & as a result always puts them on a bad light & misbehaves with the employees. They are never appreciative on any good effort / good job of any employee and to the contrary always try to squeeze out the last bit of energy of the employees by overloading them with workload. This results in spreading lot of negativity within the organization
