...iquor stocks. Work hours are terrible. You need to work for atleast 12 hours. Overtime payments are paid after 2 months which will be miniscule. You don't get weekly offs. Sometimes you are made to work for 10 days at a strech. Your health, work-life balance will go for a toss. I myself have seen many people quitting the job within a day! This job is for those who have no life & no other job opportunity. This is basically a collie/ mazdoor kind of work.

To be honest, there isn’t I don’t like about where I work, what I do love about it however is the responsibility, the autonomy, and the trust all C-level Executives have in all the employees in our company. This is a family run business. The owners are always doubtful about the intent of the employees & as a result always puts them on a bad light & misbehaves with the employees. They are never appreciative on any good effort / good job of any employee and to the contrary always try to squeeze out the last bit of energy of the employees by overloading them with workload. This results in spreading lot of negativity within the organization
