dear sir , there is a lot of politics and the management didn't address your issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Comfortable job, less pressure but very slow growth rate.

Biggest drawback is salary structure and allowances. For example company is capable of paying 4.80 LPA to a management trainee but they only pay 2.80 which is very less according toh market price and allowances like TA and DA is also very low compare to other company..... They also do partial behaviour, if you are known to owner or vice president of a company then you are paid more than fairly.. one candidate joins month ago on same post as executive and he is getting double of the package from his other team members without having any experience just on basis of friend of the director. Although company has revised it's TA and DA structure but till date it is not implemented yet.. in this company employee retention rate is very low, everyone joins for experience and leave after 1 to 2 year..... It's a humble request to consider all my points and change your policies, because we want to give our 100% in this company and for our growth also but we can't give even 50% in this salary structure.....

Good work environment nd culture, teammates are supported nd the management transparent, company policies are good , appraisal are fair and but salary scale not good ,

Working environment is good work load is zero, freshers salary is moderate but as a experience no good salary growth, if we see work life balance 6 month is a season rest of no work load,leave easily seasoned by managers. Top managements are helpful

It is wonderful experience to work with Brindavan Beverages Private limited as a microbiologist. I am glad to be a part of quality team of company, our team is so cooperative. I also like the work environment of company, there are lots of things to learn without any of hindrance.

Dislikes

I am quite disappointed with the salary structure of company. Long shifts are quite hectic in January to june only, 12 hour shift is normal in the season and sometime we've worked 14 hours in company.
