Work-life balance mostly tips towards work here. Every Saturday is a working day. And some of the holidays too. Performance appraisal doesn't happen as often for depts other than sales.

The expectation from you..Being in a sales role, there is always too much expectation and sometimes it is difficult to rise up to the expectations.

Everything. No connection to the management. They have no clue what is going on and the managers are absolutely shit

Good company to work with. Company MD is very good and supportive. Only you should catch up his pace of work.

Some time delay in pricing that too networking and solutions. Rest hardware price come on time.

Brilyant trust the employees. Brilyant asked the employees work from home before government declared the lockdown. Management Team and Suresh Sir take the all necessary actions to protect the employees..Suresh Sir good opportunity to learn more and grow more. I have 9 years experience but not saw the like this culture, I felt very happy to work with Brilyant. I got the opportunity to work with top management and it's improved the skills with all team support.
