Dislikes

Horrible work life balance. Managers are toxic and will force you to work on weekends. Have an argument you'll be escalated and director will personally call to threaten you and will put pressure else will lose the job.

...y decided to cancel national holidays and give us as comp-off in the next month. No compensation for overtime,which happens almost everyday.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
