They hire freshers with a high salary and end up making them interns for 6 months or more. The management is sick, my manager used to come to office even 5 days even though it was hybrid. Working hours were as long as 12 hours some days.

Before my interviews began, I clearly communicated my compensation expectations about 30% both than my current package at the time. The HR representative. Sujata assured me that they were fine with it. However, after my selection, I was offered a package that did not align with what was initially discussed with an increase of hardly 10% following multiple conversations, I was promised that my compensation would be revised closer to my joining date, so I planned my transition accordingly. While I was trying to secure an early release from my previous employer, Sujata told me that if I failed to do so, Brillio might decide to revoke my offer. This added immense pressure, pushing me to expedite my exit, despite the challenges involved. I successfully manage to secure an early release, only to find myself caught in another audit due to the company's mismanagement. Despite confirming my early availability and securing an early release, I face constant delays, HR representative Sujata and HR head. Shantanu repeatedly assured me that the updated offer letter was just pending final approval. Dragging the process for 12 days with Daily reassurances that it would be finalised today. Eventually, Sujata stop taking my calls and another HR Monika admitted that she was avoiding me because she had no good news for me. Add to the stress, Sujata had earlier warn me that Brillio might revoke my offer if I couldn't secure an early lease from my previous employer. Despite successfully doing so failed to honour the commitment, leaving me in limbo with no updates. after 10 days of constant follow-ups. This experience made me question whether being ethical and not engaging in offer letter shopping was the right decision. It highlights why candidates feel the need to keep multiple options open because companies like Brillio, lack accountability and transparency. Anyone concerning Brillio should be prepared for delays, last-minute changes and structured process.

Depending on what your project and engagement is you may feel left out. Org is a pure consulting firm mostly operating in T&M mode so projects have a very short stint post which you go back to bench pool. This keeps happening and seems to be just the way the org works sometimes leading to feeling lesser sense of stability in the job.

No hike, no help from team, not much to learn. You will be in the same account but the client keeps on changing every 3-4 months, no stable projects. No team interaction, you will be interacting only with client side employees. You have to go to office 2 days in a week but there wont be any team. And 8 hour is mandatory.

Need to work in Distributed team. 4) Job security might be a concern if you are not getting billing on customer project for a long time.
