There is huge amount of politics in production department.Shift managers are worst and they are just enjoying life the people doing work are the juniors and the seniors. This shift managers purposely promoted the junior over the pioneer member imagine the amount of politics. If you don't say yes sir yes sir behind them they will give you lot of work and then they will try to destroy your peace of mind. they recently terminated one guy just because he was good at work. Worst part is that GM and all other even the Hr is supporting this kind of behaviour. Just this politics part is very bad.you spend 8/9 years and still be on the executive it will hurt any one other department people are becoming manager and sr manager and chief managers but while staying in production you will only become executive also remember the executive production position is just like officer you have to charge batch not like other industry
