...ssure, harrasment, Inequality, less growth chances , lot of politics & lot more. They won't pay you salary on time.If I would have an option to rate in minus I would have rate them minus 0. Founder & management dont have sense what to do & what not to do. They dont know how to run the business, it seems they are running Kirana store. Even shopkepeer run Kirana store better than them. Please don't join this organisation & waste your time. If you will sick still they will ask you to come to office after submitting all documents also, if you still go to the office they won't belive you are sick & will try to find different reasons to terminate you with lot of politics. there is few guys in recruitment & accounts team they think them selves as founder of the company & talk very rudely. even the whole company dosen't know how to talk nobody is having sense to talk. Director 7 the other management team is on another level. Everyday they keep changing their process & policy & they don't have any policy & procedure. They will ask you to work for more than 12 hours without any extra pay & if you work they won't believe you.Worst company ever. Don't join them.
