...ict timings along with 1-2 hours extra effort they expect from each employees. When I resigned there, i had my pending salary of 10 days which is still not credited after so many followups over the email and calls.

I worked with the company for a few years . Good for the people who know their job, They give you a free hand to experiment new ideas for betterment of work. Work culture is calm with no abusive language or yelling. Good company for girls as they are highly respected and any sort of misbehaviour by anyone is not tolerated by the management at any cost. Archit and Apoorv are very humble and understanding bosses, I must say they are among the best bosses I have ever worked with .

There were some things which I didn't like about the company ( no office is 100% perfect), but they hardly matter to me now when I am no longer working there.

Working there was such a wonder full experience and grab the new opportunities while learning the concepts. Special thanks to the supportive management and the entire team who work dedicatedly to achieve a common goal. Atlast, one word have to say.....#Brijsquadrocks

I am glad that my first work experience was here. 2.6 yrs of working is a long journey. Several things that are worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since it is a growing business, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feeling. My fellow team members have been wonderful, helping me get setup in my area and also out of my zone. Brij & Co. does fun and interesting things such as celebrating employees' birthday's, Christmas celebrations, team lunch & small-small winnings etc. They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees; no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is friendly (basically your second home where you spend your maximum hours of your day). It is a very challenging company where you yourself learn multiple things without any hindrance. Yes, office politics exists, but generally, it's a meritocracy. It's hard to write cons coz I genuinely enjoy the company. In other words, i felt like home there. " I met some of the most talented and multi-taskers even during my time with Brij. It's also gave me the opportunity to explore every corner of my creativity and brings best out of me. And, it is really inspiring to be appreciated by your customers and co-workers". I am blessed to have all three of you ( Mr. Praveen Tayal, Mr. Apoorv Tayal, Mr. Archit Tayal) - our boss, our mentor, our managers and our support system in you. While working under your leadership, we managed to learn something new everyday. Thankyou for everything you did. And a very special thanks to the Chairman ( Mr. Praveen Tayal ) who truly cares about each individual, welcomes creativity and leads by example. The culture at Brij is very soothing. Everyone is authentic and loves what they do. Learning is great an really helps people to feel comfortable in each position. The managers are always willing to help and will take tim out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you whenever needed. Finally, i can only say that i know " that your doors for the opportunities are always open for me".

Yes, i have few suggestions as i don't believe in dislikes. If we gave suggestions and feedback, it will help the organization to improve. Below are my major suggestions - 1. Listen to the employee feedback and suggestions on every 6 months, so it help both sides to solve the problems.
