BEST has maintained Good Quality Service in distribution of Electrical Power to Mumbaties. BEST is honoured by Ministry of Power many times for achieving the target of minimum Distribution Loss. I enjoyed the work in BEST during my service of 36 years & 10 months. I wish GOOD LUCK for BEST in future.

Salaries to the officers & staff needs to be enhanced as compared to other power generation, transmission & distribution companies.

Exact there is job security. work is as posted.policies of company are best. But some managements are not taking immediate some decisions abt workers facilities.......as you know ......now in this covid19 period they are supporting us as better

The undertaking give opportunity to work as head of the engineering dept with aithorities and repondibilties. As an incharge not only to get the work done from engineering staff but also relevant and allied jobs from other depts such as civil, traffic, medical, and other administrative depts. The company improved the comminication skills with the contractor people on technical knowledge. Opportunity to work at various depots. Compony having its good technical training center, workshop and materials management system and moreover its job security, good organizational structure.

Dislikes

Promotion period was too lengthy. Compony not taking into account the additional qualifications of the employee. Poor payment. Compony not yet applied even the 5th Vetan Ayog. Forget the 7th. Not doing the agreements in time. Not giving the balance payments such as Final Bills, pension and Gratuity to the retired employees .

The best Undertaking is transport comopony i do there apprentiship in auto electrician trade.there i have a free travel in best buses all over mumbai.my training time is 7 am to 3.30 am there .and best buses depo is near by station so that's why easy to travelling .I like there staff they are so friendly and they teach me all over bus wiring , how to find a fault in bus ,then repairing and all .I did 2 year training there .
